Hong Kong: The number of industries will benefit from Beijing Olympic Games

Beijing's bid for the 2008 Olympic Games a success, the people of Hong Kong are delighted to believe that it will bring about business opportunities to Hong Kong, help Hong Kong's economic development. Financial Secretary Antony Leung said Hong Kong as China's largest external window, and the Asian regional financial, shipping and commercial center, Beijing will host the Olympic Games for a positive impact on Hong Kong and the unlimited business opportunities. Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, Dr Eden Woon, Beijing Olympics the long term benefit of Hong Kong, and many service industries will benefit. The Hong Kong Chinese Importers Association also believes that China will be hosting the Olympic Games will stimulate domestic demand and attract foreign investment. To this end they estimated that the industry will benefit, suggest that the SAR Government to help the industry seize business opportunities in the Mainland.
